These are some of our favorite to wear anywhere. We added some mica powder to our epoxy potion to create these jade green hoops and wrapped them with a little copper covered aluminum wire. They look sort of serious but they’re lightweight and we get lots of compliments when we wear them- we hope you do too!

How do we do it?

The science behind the art

Mixing two part epoxies teaches youth how to properly mix a solution using the correct ratios, mixing techniques and curing times. Sometimes they accidentally mix more than they need so our teaching artists can take the overage and make items like this. The sale of these items supports our mission for tools and materials exploration.
